Mini Flower β Daffodil | Hand-Cut Wooden Puzzle
A bright daffodil in full bloom β Paul photographed this with the kind of detail that makes you look twice. About 20 pieces, resealable bag, ready to brighten someone's day.
The image was photographed by Paul Shepard β Jenell's grandfather and a self-taught photographer in his 80s who mastered the art of focus stacking, compositing dozens of individual shots taken at different focal points into a single image with extraordinary depth and detail. He even set up a full photography studio in his off-grid log cabin to pursue it. Every puzzle in Paul's collection is a collaboration across three generations: Paul photographs, Marni and Jenell cut.
