Custom Puzzle Guide

The better quality and larger size image you can provide, the better it will be! We will work with you to ensure the printed photo meets your expectations before cutting the puzzle. 
The image you send us is your own property, and we will not re-use it for any other purpose or puzzle sale without your consent.

Puzzle Sizing

The dimensions of your puzzle will greatly be determined by the size and quality of the image you give us. Once we receive the photo, we will work with you to let you know what sizes and piece counts will work. 

For reference, we cut roughly 2 puzzle pieces per square inch. As an example, a 5" x 7" image will be approximately 70 pieces. 
Note: every puzzle will slightly vary in piece count due to the hand-cut nature of our puzzles. We do not use any pattern or laser, so every piece is unique.

Payment

We require a 50% deposit when you place your custom puzzle order. Once the size, piece count , and any other details is agreed on, we will send an invoice and ask for full payment before we start cutting the puzzle.

Timeline

Given the customization of the puzzle, we ask for 4 weeks to complete it. If we know the timeline will differ, we will let you know.

Other Information

Irregular shaped borders (figural edges) include a scene or special pieces on the outer border of the puzzle. You will notice an up-charge for this as it takes extra time and precision to design and cut these.

Special Pieces: We include two special pieces in every puzzle, our logo and signature piece. If you would like additional custom shaped pieces, let us know! 
You'll hear us referencing these pieces as whimsies or figurals.
